Most orders can be refunded if returned to us within 30 days of delivery. After the 30 day period we make no guarantee of refund even if the product is returned to us. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions. The product must be unopened and in its original condition. You must include your order packing slip with the return package. Please note whether you want the product replaced or exchanged, purchase price refunded (excluding shipping), or receive a Gift Certificate.

• Complete the "Return Form" at the bottom of the packing slip which was included in the original package.
• Pack the merchandise and return form in a well-sealed shipping box, in the original package if possible.
• Ship by your chosen method. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
• To ensure that your return goes smoothly, please use a shipping method that provides you with a tracking number, and email that number to us with your order# and intent to return.
